Replay Match not aim Laudrup

With a draw against Arsenal, Swansea City must replay the match. Michael Laudrup said he did not expect the  replay considering the tight schedule of Swansea.

The FA Cup third round at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday (01/06/2013) night local time, play as strong Swansea 2-2 with his guests, Arsenal.

The Swans led by Michu first before turning up after Arsenal score a goal from Lukas Podolski and Kieran Gibbs. But the home team was able to force a draw with Danny Graham goal.

Later, Swansea would challenge the turn of Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium to determine who will qualify for the fourth round.

Laudrup expects his team to win as it enters a busy schedule, including against Chelsea in the League Cup semi-finals next week.

"A rematch is not what I really expected, especially with two League Cup match against Chelsea coming," said the Swansea manager at the BBC.

"It will be quite a hectic schedule. Replay the game but better than a defeat. Always be a problem if you lose in a game so a rematch is another great game that must be faced."

"I think the results of the game is fair. We had the best chances in the first half with a shot from Danny Graham, and led by Michu. They (Arsenal) scored two goals but we showed a lot of courage for a comeback at the end," said Laudrup
